Born and raised in Krakow, Poland’s cultural capital.

Since 2007 she has lived on Vancouver Island in British Columbia. From early in her life Lidia was drawn to the art world.

For many years involved in Krakow’s music and fashion scene, she experimented with sound, light and movement to create multi-dimensional artistic experiences.

In 2003 she attended workshops in ceramic sculpture and pottery taught by professor of the Academy of Fine Arts in Krakow. Her earlier works have been inspired by antiquity and floral motives.

After her arrival in BC, she has been developing her skills enriched by the West Coast influence.
